      CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

      As CEO of CrimsonLogic, Ken Wye focuses on managing and sustaining growth and business viability for the company. He is also responsible for leading the business teams in growing customer relationships and driving sales in regions such as Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as developing new market opportunities in the rest of the world.

      Prior to joining CrimsonLogic in 2013, Ken Wye was Microsoft’s Vice President for Public Sector (Asia), responsible for the company’s business with Government and Government organisations across Asia. His area of responsibilities include, helping Governments embrace and use technology to improve business efficiencies, develop local industries and improve overall national competitiveness.

      Having worked in Microsoft for nearly 16 years, Ken Wye took on several different roles with the company: he was Vice President for APAC Sales and Marketing, managed the Southeast Asia business, led the Communications Sector business for Asia, and was also Country Managing Director for Singapore.

      Ken Wye is actively involved in the local Singapore IT community, serving on the board of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) from 2002-2009 and has also sat on the advisory committees of several Singapore-based institutions of higher education. He is currently the Chair of the Advisory Committee for the School of Infocomm Technology in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Ken Wye has also served as the Chairman of the Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF, 2002-2004).

      Ken Wye started his IT career with the National Computer Board (NCB) in 1983 and his last appointment there was Assistant Chief Executive (Industry). In his time with NCB, Ken Wye was involved in the development of many strategic national IT projects, such as the IT2000 and Singapore ONE. Ken Wye also headed the Japan-Singapore Artificial Intelligence Centre (2001-2004), a joint project between the Governments of Japan (represented by Japan International Cooperation Agency) and Singapore (represented by NCB).

      Ken Wye graduated from the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom with a BSC (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and a MSC in Operational Research.

      CrimsonLogic Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO)

      As CEO of GeTS (a subsidiary of CrimsonLogic), Kok Keong is responsible for all business operations, including setting the direction and strategy of the company. He also double-hats as CrimsonLogic ACEO.

      Kok Keong joined CrimsonLogic in 2006 as Vice President of the eGovernment Business Division, the unit that encompasses solutions & consulting, business development, business planning & international operations, and alliance management. During this tour of duty, the company experienced strong growth especially in overseas business, with major project wins such as eJudiciary project in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar Customs Clearance Single Window.

      He then assumed the role of Senior Vice President, where he took charge of developing and implementing the company’s strategic plans. He was tasked to oversee the functions of Planning & Alliance, Corporate Communications and Corporate Legal and played the key role in managing the cross-functional structure of the organization. With the goal of establishing CrimsonLogic as the preferred eGovernment solutions company, he sharpened the company’s strategic position in partnering governments to develop and sustain viable solutions.

      Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Kok Keong held various key positions in Singapore Trade Development Board (TDB) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Between 1997 and 1999, he was TDB’s director for the Hanoi Centre in Vietnam. Concurrently, he was appointed as the First Secretary (Commercial) for the Singapore Embassy in Vietnam. In these two roles, he was responsible for strengthening Singapore-Vietnam’s economic relations and promoting business alliances between the two countries. During this period, Singapore was Vietnam’s top investor and trading partner.

      In 1996, Kok Keong spearheaded a cross-departmental task force to develop Singapore's international marketing plan. One of the recommendations that were implemented successfully was to leverage on internet technologies to promote Singapore to the world.

      Kok Keong holds a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences and an Honours degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore. He was also awarded the Government scholarship in 1999 to further his studies in INSEAD (France) where he obtained his Masters degree in Business Administration.

      CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

      Jeffrey Lee joined CrimsonLogic in September 2012 as the Group Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing the Group’s Corporate Services (Finance, Corporate Communications, Corporate Admin, Corporate Legal and Management Information System) to effectively support the management and business operations. Jeffrey is also part of the company’s Senior Management Committee to spearhead the Group’s future growth and business expansion.

      Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Jeffrey was the Head of Finance at AIA Singapore (a leading Life Insurance Company) since 2009. He was responsible for overseeing the entire finance, accounting financial management and controlling functions of AIA, covering both Singapore and Brunei markets. He was instrumental in leading the transformation of the various finance functions in AIA Singapore to better support the business growth of the company; in which the AIA Singapore’s success story after the AIG crisis contributed to AIA’s highly successful Hong Kong IPO in 2010.

      Jeffrey has more than 25 years of international finance, strategic planning, financial controlling audit and accounting experience, having assumed various senior management roles in finance and IT functions in large organisations such as NTUC Income, Heidelberg and Capital International Holdings.

      Jeffrey is a CA with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom. He also sits on the Finance Committee of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra.

      Jeffrey holds a Master degree in Business Administration from University of South Australia; and further polished his leadership and management skillsets through a Senior Management Executive Development Programme with Heidelberg in Germany.

      CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO), INNOVATION OFFICE

      As the Group’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Sian Lip drives innovation to establish the Group’s technology vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technology solutions development. His other responsibilities include, development of relevant measures to ensure system deployments are aligned with the overall technology strategies, and creating positive and lasting relationships with technology stakeholders.

      Prior to this role, Sian Lip led the Domains & Technology Division in deepening CrimsonLogic’s key domains expertise. He also led the Solutions & Consulting Division for the eGovernment (Business) and drove partnership with governments globally by finding innovating and sustainable solutions to collaborate more seamlessly with their citizens and ecosystem. Earlier, he was the Head for Office of Technology where he brought in new technologies to develop advanced and improved eGovernment services and IT infrastructure.

      Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Sian Lip worked in the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) where he was responsible for the security guidelines for mobile banking and payments. Earlier, he had also worked in United Overseas Bank (UOB) for five years; he was the UOB Group’s Y2K Programme Manager for the millennium rollover. Prior to UOB, he had held various research roles in the Institute of Systems Science (ISS Research, National University of Singapore) and the National Computer Board (NCB) in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing (AI & NLP).

      Sian Lip holds a Master degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from the Nanyang Business School, a Master degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor degree with distinction in Computer Engineering from lowa State University.

      CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER (CPO)

      Sylvia oversees the full spectrum in planning and implementing people strategies for the CrimsonLogic Group globally. She brings more than 20 years of HR (Human Resources) experience and leads the Group HR to develop workforce strategies, drives Organisational & Talent Development, and succession planning across the various CrimsonLogic offices and business groups.

      Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Sylvia was working with Jardine Lloyd Thompson Limited in Hong Kong as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Asia for close to three years. Before Jardine Lloyd Thompson, she was the Business Services Director for Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance in China, overseeing Human Resources, IT, Business Operations and the Global Business Network across Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing.

      Her other professional experience includes three years working with Convergys and seven years in HP-EDS, where she developed a strong familiarity with the IT sector.

      Mentoring young working adults is something that Sylvia enjoys doing, not just as part of her HR role, but as a personal commitment to the development of future leaders in the community. She is an accredited coach for the Clifton Strengths Finder, Predictive Index (PI), and as an in-house mentor to emerging leaders in previous companies she has worked for.

      Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, from the National University of Singapore.

      SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT (SVP), SOLUTIONS DELIVERY GROUP

      Ah Leng is the Senior Vice President for CrimsonLogic’s Solutions Delivery Group, responsible for the overall competency development, project delivery resources enhancement and provision of effective and timely technical resources.

      Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Ah Leng was the Senior Vice President of Singbridge Corporate Pte Ltd and was based in China for his involvement in the Sino Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (SSGKC) project, overseeing the entire Information Communication Technology (ICT) road map, implementation and management in SSGKC. He was also responsible for the master plan of the SMART City, ECO City, Design City and Learning City initiatives, and Software Collaboration for SSGKC with current implementation in the Start Up Area.

      With more than 35 years of experience, Ah Leng has held several key positions besides Singbridge, such as President and Chief Operating Officer of Stratech Systems Ltd, Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Computer Systems (SCS), Chief Executive Officer of PrivyLink Pte Ltd, and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Services and Chief Operating Officer of FrontLine Technology.

      Between 1996 and 2000, Ah Leng was Chief Technology Officer of National Computer System (NCS), charting the technology direction, ecommerce direction and strategy in delivering IT solution. He was also concurrently the Assistant CEO, responsible for regional and new business strategies, and expansion plans.

      Ah Leng spent more than 15 years with NCB-NCS (1985 to 2000), holding various positions ranging from Project Director for the Command and Control System to Chief Information Officer of MHA, Assistant CEO of NCS, as well as Director of Government System Division of NCB. He was responsible for the overall system requirement, architecture and project implementation of an integrated Automatic Call Distribution System, Computer Aided Dispatch System, Incident Management System, Geographic Information System, as well as the interfaces to different management system within the Singapore Police Force, Singapore Civil Defence Force and Ministry of Home Affairs Headquarters. He was also at the helm of nation-wide projects like the National Registration and Identification Card (NRIC) system, Automated Finger Print Identification and Criminal Case Management System.

      Ah Leng graduated from Nanyang University with a BSC (Hons) in Physics, and also attended the Stanford-National University of Singapore Executive Programme. Additionally, he is a Senior Member of Singapore Computer Society, Certified Senior of CITPM and COMIT.

      CHIEF ARCHITECT, PRODUCT GROUP & ARCHITECT OFFICE

      As Chief Architect, Nicholas is responsible for the company’s Product Group – setting the roadmap, and driving innovation in product development. His other responsibilities include, heading the Architect Office that guides the company’s development strategy, as well as the Committee of Practices that focuses on developing the architecture and development practices. He is also part of CrimsonLogic’s Senior Management Committee.

      Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Nicholas was the Chief Architect and Director of Enterprise Architect Division, Government CIO Wing, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, for the development of Enterprise Architect Standards and Practices in the Singapore Government. This includes operating a central digital Enterprise Architecture Repository for the Singapore Government architecture artefacts and for agencies’ Enterprise Architecture artefacts; and provisioning of Architectural advisory services to all government agencies, including sector level projects.

      With more than 30 years of experience, Nicholas has held several key positions besides IDA, such as Principal Architect for Media Development Authority, Vice President of Business Solutions Center of Singapore Computer Systems (SCS), Principal Solutions Architect at Hewlett Package, and Executive Consultant (and Chief Engineer) at Frontline Solutions.

      During his career, Nicholas was instrumental in the development and delivery of some of the key systems used by the Singapore Government today, such as the Singapore Government Public Service Infrastructure (PSI), the world’s first National Authentication System for Singapore – SingPass, Singapore Citizen Information, Registration and Immigration System (CIRIS), and in his nine over years in MINDEF for the development of key C3 and other sensitive systems.

      Nicholas graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor in Business, and holds a Master degree in Software Engineering from the same university, where he had won both the Top Graduate prize and the Top Graduate Project award. He holds several professional certifications from The Open Group, TOGAF 8.1, Microsoft (MCP, MCSD), Java (Certified Java Developer, Certified JEE Architect), and in Security (CISSP, Certification Number: 505965). Currently, he is also actively pursuing his Specialization Certificate in Data Science from John Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health, through Coursera.

      As Vice President for Legal Sector Group (LSG), Leong Seng is responsible for driving growth, viability and sustainability of the company’s business through the implementation of efficient and cost-effective IT solutions to customers in the Courts and legal domain.

      Leong Seng’s other role as Head of Regional Headquarter Singapore (RHQ Singapore) is to create and drive the business strategies in Singapore, while deepening customer intimacy with the respective key customers in this market.

      Leong Seng joined CrimsonLogic in 1998 and was appointed the Project Manager for Saudi Arabia’s nationwide trade facilitation project in 2003. He later assumed the role of Programme Director and Head of Regional Pre-sales and Delivery in the Middle-East region, where he led his team in implementing several nationwide legal and trade facilitation projects, including UAE’s Ministry of Justice eJustice Programme, and Federal Customs Maqasa Clearance System. Subsequently, Leong Seng’s experience in implementing successful projects in the Middle-East region enabled him to take on the role as Senior Director where he headed the RHQ Middle-East & Africa team. Some of his major project wins include Oman Single Electronic Window and Namibia eJudiciary System.

      Leong Seng graduated with a Bachelor in Computing from the Birmingham City University in United Kingdom.

      VICE PRESIDENT (VP), RHQ AMERICAS

      Bala oversees the full spectrum of CrimsonLogic’s business and operations in North and South America. Based in CrimsonLogic’s Latin America Regional HQ in Panama, he is responsible for managing customer & partner relations, drive new business opportunities, revenue goals and strengthen strategic accounts.

      Prior to joining CrimsonLogic, Bala was Director for International Operations (Americas) of International Enterprise Singapore (IE Singapore), Singapore’s national trade development agency. He was based in Washington DC from 2000-2006, managing IE Singapore’s regional operations and assisting Singapore companies in their business and market development in North and South America.

      Concurrently, Bala was also Counsellor (Economics) supporting the Singapore Embassy in Washington DC and the Ministry of Trade and Industry in managing Singapore’s trade policy and economic relations with the United States. He was part of the Singapore team involved in negotiating the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement. Bala was also involved in the initiation of the Free Trade Agreement negotiations between Singapore and Panama.

      Bala joined IE Singapore in 1984 and started his career in trade policy work. Subsequently, he moved to international operations work as Deputy Director, where he covered Europe, South Asia, the Middle East and South East Asia. He was later appointed the Vice-President of IE Singapore Holdings (formerly TDB Holdings) and was responsible for the operations as well as exploring new business opportunities for the company and its subsidiaries. Concurrently, he was also Director of Planning where he led the team that mapped out the Trade 2000 Master plan for Singapore’s international trade.

      Bala contributed to the 1986 Singapore Economic Committee and the 1997 Committee on Singapore’s Competiveness (CSC) as Head of the multi-agency secretariat to the Hub Services Sub-Committee. He was also the Head of the Secretariat of ASEAN Committee on Trade and Tourism between 1986 and 1989. Bala was awarded the Public Adminstration Medal (Silver) in the National Day awards in 1999.

      Bala graduated with an Honours degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore and also holds a Master Degree from the Imperial College of Science in London.
